Zeta, Mistress of Near Dark, hosted a midnight showcase featuring straight-to-video vampire films, cheesy horror comedies, and occasionally unusual footage she found in the station’s basement.

In her 2013 autobiography, she famously wrote, “Vampira walked so Elvira could run, and I tripped over my own cape trying to keep up. But at least I looked good doing it.”
