Refund policy
Return/Exchange Policy
We accept return/exchange requests within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached.
For exchanges, please include the exchange form and specify the reason for the exchange. The original item must be returned and received at our facility before we can process an exchange.
Refunds
If you are returning an item for a refund, please include the return form and provide a reason code. The item must be returned and received by us before we can issue a refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Misshipped Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and include the return form with your item and a reason code.
- For domestic customers, we will issue a prepaid return label for the return.
- International customers should contact us at info@shopneardark.com for return instructions, as we cannot provide prepaid return labels for international orders.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for all return/exchange requests, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
